Some salary cap help needed with Dwight scenarios

Obviously it looks like our one and only goal as an orginazion right now is to make Dwight a Net. I just wanted to figure out the salary cap implications of each scenario.

First if we trade for him, I assume we need to take on at lease Hedo and probably Duhon. Also I assume it will be in 2012 so he will lose his bird rights. If this is the case how much additional salary must be included in the deal to make it work. I assume Brook and a bunch of picks are goning, but how much other salary would we have to include.

If he comes as a free agent next year, what kind of money will we have for other players? DWill is going to opt out and I assume we will max both he and Dwight out if this is the scenario. Would we be able to sign both without relinquishing the rights to Brook and to Hump (if we have any?)? Would we still be below the cap? Would we have any exceptions(mini, mid.......)?

If there is any salary cap guru out there who can help me out, that would be great.

P.S. I also think that the NBA should have a "Franchise player tax". Where if a players original team offers the player a max contract and the player signs somewhere else for any amount, the original team should be rewarded with the other teams next two available first round picks. Or something along those lines. I have a more detailed explanation of the rule I have in my head but ill save it for another post.
