Humphries Chant Organization Thread

PrintThere are a lot of ideas floating around about how to greet our Kris Humphries tonight. Let's discuss these ideas further here...
It seems a "We love Humphries! (clap, clap clap-clap-clap)" or "We Love Hump (repeated)" after tip-off is a popular,albeit quite standard idea. It does seem to be the easiest to catch on at the arena.
Other ideas for various parts of the game, "She's a ho", "She got Humped" etc., have been found to be too insulting and not family friendly enough for most people. A fair assessment.
Any other thoughts? Let 'er rip!

I’d say don’t make it anything related to Kardashian. That’s not going to help anything, we all need to move away from that entirely. Focus on Humphries, not her.

Please don’t chant “Ho Fo Sho”, that is so dumb. If I have to hear that while I’m watching the Net game I’ll be pissed because it’s not about basketball. Save your Humphries/Kardashian joke for your E! magazine reading group.
If you want to chant for Hump, use his awesome nickname The Incredible Hump.
Call and response: “HUMP!” … “SMASH!” … “HUMP!” … “SMASH!”
I like Hump. Smash. Though, the call and response might be tough to get across to other people in large scale.
I don’t like ho fo sho either. I just included ones I saw come up.

I thought the point was to let him move on and make it seem like we don’t care what happened in the off-season w/ that moiso. Are we supporting him b/c he banged that moiso or b/c he’s our player whose busting his chops every time he plays?

The Deron williams chant should go on all day
but as far as hump goes just give him a hug ovation when he’s name is announced…and cheer loud as hell when he dunks etc.

When was the first time you heard a curse word? I bet it was long enough ago that you can’t recall. Why? Because people swear, and removing swears from life doesn’t protect children, it just makes them ignorrant. Not telling them about sex isn’t going to make them any safer, either, actually. Ignorrance is never a good thing.
