Four-Team D12 Trade Idea

Nets Give: Brook Lopez, Jordan Farmar, Johan Petro (YES!), Damion James, NJ 2012 1st Round Pick, Hou 2012 1st Round Pick, NJ 2014 1st Round Pick, NJ 2016 1st Round Pick

Nets Receive: Dwight Howard, Derrick Favors, Hedo Turkoglu, Chris Duhon

Magic Give: Dwight Howard, Hedo Turkoglu, Ryan Anderson, Chris Duhon

Magic Receive: Kevin Martin, Brook Lopez, NJ 2012 1st Round Pick, HOU 2012 1st Round Pick, Johan Petro, Jordan Farmar

Jazz Receive: Luis Scola, Damion James, Courtney Lee, NJ 2014 1st Round Pick

Jazz Give: Derrick Favors, Paul Millsap, Raja Bell

Rockets Give: Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Courtney Lee

Rockets Receive: Paul Millsap, Ryan Anderson, Raja Bell, NJ 2016 1st Round Pick

Nets do this because of D12! and they get Favors back

Magic do this because they get back Brook Lopez, Kevin Martin, and two 1st round picks in the super draft, and they dump Turk and Duhon

Rockets do this because Millsap is an upgrade to Scola and I heard Martin is not happy and wants out. Ryan Anderson had a pretty solid year last year and has shown some upside, plus they get a 1st round pick down the road.

Jazz do this because Courtney Lee is better than Raja Bell and could start for them at SG, Damion James upgrades their SF position and provides depth, which the Jazz want since AK-47 is gone. Plus I heard Millsap is on the way out and Scola would be a very good replacement and would be pretty solid with Enes Kanter and Al Jefferson.

While I listed reasons for each team doing the trade, I'm not sure if each team would do the trade, just stating possible reasons they do the trade for. What do you guys think? Comments, thoughts, and ideas much appreciated. Thanks!

It's not a bad idea...

and I know you probably spent a while thinking it up, but I don’t think the Jazz or Rockets would do it. Good job though. It’s just way too complex for any NBA GM’s to handle.

It would have to be 3, more likely 4, teams involved to make a trade happen. In any case, one of the 3rd or 4th teams will take less.

I think utah really likes Favors and millsap. highly doubt they're willing to give both up. otherwise it looks like a great deal for everyone

Complicated.....

But me like this a lot. I go to bed each night, dreaming of two things. One would be winning the Power Ball for say, 100 million and second, getting Dwight before the trade deadline.
DWIGHT takes a team with DWILL to the second round, right away.
