Damion James To Play, Tweet

Damion James has spent the off-season and lockout in his native Texas, hanging out with his buddy, Kevin Durant. Durant, a prolific tweeter, has finally gotten the man he calls "my brother for life and fellow longhorn for life" to join him. So, James is now on Twitter, just hasn't tweeted yet.

James is also expected to join Durant in Houston a week from Sunday in an exhibition game to benefit the John Lucas Foundation.

Hope he hasn't corrupted DJames about voting to Decertify, in case there is a vote among all the players.

Durant has recently tweeted that all the fans will still come out to watch the NBA and buy their products, regardless.

They didnt answer anything actually. It was the same useless rhetoric

If thats how the league is during "negotiations, no wonder there’s no deal.

But if there was ever a chance of a deal happening tomorrow, the league just shot that to hell.

That was one great Longhorn season.

Oh, for Damion James and Kevin Durant to be teammates again on the Nets! I moved from NYC to Austin in the fall of 2006, and it was amazing to see skinny freshman Durant dominate all of college basketball. James took a little longer to develop, so don’t take too much from his injury-filled rookie season.
