Kittles Again Works With Nets
Kerry Kittles, Billy King, Newark Mayor Cory Booker and Tiki Barber will meet with 250 students from five Newark, high schools Wednesday morning to celebrate physical activity.
It's Kittles' third community event with the Nets this summer and his Wikipedia entry reports Kittles also works as "a part-time scout" although the Nets media guide doesn't list him as such.

I was at a sports card convention a bunch of years ago and was first in line for him. He apparently got stuck in traffic and showed up like 30 minutes late. He signed anything we asked of him even though we only paid for a few items. He apologized like crazy and took pictures with us, etc. Really really nice guy and I was devastated when we traded him for peanuts. Obviously his knees just didn’t work out, but he’ll always be one of my favorite Nets.
The running joke with my brother was always that KK would score 12 pts in the 1st quarter and finish the game with 14… every game.
Kerry Kittles is the reason I'm here
I loved his game at Nova & when he got drafted to my home state that was all she wrote. Been a Nets fan since then. Watching him run the court with Kidd was special!
