Nets Pushing Train to the Game

According to a Nets survey of fans, more than 50% of those attending  last October's preseason games took mass transit to The Prudential Center in Newark.

Now, the Nets have begun promoting N.J. Transit trains to get from various points in North Jersey and New York to "The Rock". A video featuring Jac-of-all-Nets (Jaclyn Sabol) and Sly follows three teams of fans as they move from Hoboken, Secaucus and New York Penn Station to Newark.

In addition, fans can take PATH from downtown New York and Jersey City and the Newark Light Rail from various points in the city, Belleville and Bloomfield.  All terminate at Newark Penn Station, a little more than two blocks from the arena.
