My Standings for the 2010-2011 NBA Season

So I was a little bored tonight and found something to do. I came across this depth chart on espn which lists projected starting line-ups for every team in the NBA.

I decided to rank the starters by position for each of the 30 teams. This is what I got for the Nets:

Player Rank

Harris 8

Williams 23

Outlaw 19

Murphy 18

Lopez 4

Then I calculated the average for each team. Based on the average for each team I came up with my projected standings....

Eastern Conference

1. Celtics 2.Bulls 3.Heat 4.Hawks 5.Nets 6.Magic 7.Bucks 8 Wizards 9.Bobcats 10.Pacers 11.Pistons 12. Raptors 13.Sixers 14.Knicks 15.Cavs

Western Conference

1. Lakers 2.Rockets 3.Grizzlies 4.Thunder 5.Jazz 6.Hornets 7.Mavericks 8.Blazers 9.Spurs 10.Nuggets 11. Suns 12.Clippers 13.Warriors 14 Kings 15.T-Wolves

Stupid...maybe. Give it a try only if you're REALLY bored.

hmmmm...

sounds good for the nets at 5th.. but i dont think bucks,knicks and especially magic fans would agree to that.. and bulls at 2? why??

my predictions:
super friend’s heat
superman’s magic
rose’s bulls
aging celtics
johnson’s hawks
6,7&8 -jenning’s bucks, lopez’s nets(i hope), injury knicks, jordan’s cats,etc.. coz i dont know.. surprise me! lol… any trades would shake the 5-8 slot..

Not going well....

I guess the WAR ON DRUGS is not going well for the Government. We’re not making the playoffs folks. If we compete for a playoff spot anytime during the last month of the season, I will be thrilled. Murphy and Outlaw are better than last years forwards, but they are still not going to carry us to the playoffs. Let’s develop our young guys, and win some games, maybe 30? We want to make the playoffs, when we get to Brooklyn.
