Searching for a starting PF.

Now with David Lee and T.Thomas off the market, there really is pretty much nothing left in free agency. Here is a list i made of guys that are left.

Scola and Haslem are pretty much out of the question according to Dave D. (not that i trust him)

E.Thomas (is he even healthy?)

Ben Wallace

I dont see any of the any of them actually wanting to come here except maybe Oberto.

Shelden Williams

Not looking good at all.

Looking at some teams near the tax or some that might wanna unload a few bad deals.

K.Martin or Nene (Denver over the tax)

Murphy/Foster (doubt it)

Bass/Gortat (Orland over the tax)

AK47/Okur (not likely any more)

So any more Dump the Hump movement wise guys? How about we start a bring Yi back movement. I think our best option might be to deal with the Cavs. Either get Jamison in here, 2 years left on his deal, would add some scoring and let Favors take his time developing. Or My ideal situation would be Varejao. Fit wise i think he is a perfect match for Brook. Favors might not learn a whole lot of post skills from he but he can learn a hell of a lot about rebounding and defense and playing with fire. Varejao is 27 (will turn 28 before season starts), has 5 years 42 mil left on his deal (last year only 4 out of 9 mil guaranteed). He does not have a lot of mileage on him, could be a very useful starter and then back-up for Favors. Is he extremely overpaid? Yes, but look at all the deals given out this summer, to big men especially. This guys is by far the best player out of all them. So if not him then who? This team will not survive this year with Humph/Favors as the PF combo.
