and from personal experience, I can tell you Sussman is very good at what he does. My experience had nothing to do with NetsDaily, either.

I'm a fan of Sussman

I really enjoy how close he is with the beat writers and ND. He won me over when he started yelling “Purple Hayes” when Jarvis hit his shots!

the Suss is the man

….I enjoy listening to his take on things during the Nets pre game broadcasts on WFAN. The guy was always upbeat and positive about all of the young players.

That said, I haven’t read his blog since last season, you need a damned Rosetta Stone to figure out what the hell he’s saying

Rick Zolser was the PA announcer...

The one thing I like about Sussman as the PA announcer is that he always introduced the team as YOURRRR NEW JERSEY Nets even through the Ratner years when no one else in the organization referred to us as ’New Jersey". That probably is why they took away his mike to introduce the team the last few months in favor of that loud and obnoxious promotional guy.
