Game 55 - Nets vs. Raptors - Friday, February 19, 8:00

For the second game in a row, the Nets will not have to face one of 2010 free agency's top players. Chris Bosh will be out vs. the Nets, just as Dwyane Wade was, other than for a few minutes, Wednesday. Bosh was injured late in Wednesday's loss to the Grizzlies when he came down awkwardly on the ankle. He'll stay behind in Toronto to get treatment. But the Nets will still have Andrea Bargnani to contend with.

@Shawn
You are, by far, the best commenter on the site.

Nets will trash the Boshless Raptors I just want to see Bosh’s face when his team loses. And I can’t believe that Heat are still better than Nets without Wade, or do they just have a coach that can actually coach. Who takes out a player after he gets a three point play and putting in a C-LEE ON 0-7
COME ON.

I’ll coach this team free of charge. I guarintee better decisions than Kiki. My resume: I’m not Kiki Vangeweigh.
Thats a pretty good one liner.
Other alterntaives I think would work nicely in his place,
a magic eight ball
a tickle me elmo
and sly.
Thoughts?

@John
I will continue to look forward to the lottery, but right now i am hoping we pass the worst team in nba history by one win.

Prediction fever:
I look for Yi to start (big surprise - hasn’t he earned it?) and to have a “good game” (for him), which means 15 points, 10 rebounds, and his usual display of fumbles and bumbles. This “good game” happens every now and again and enables KiKi’s addiction to Yi.
The bottom line is another full year in the offing of “twin towers” strategy forced upon us battered Nets fans.
Oh, and a win against the Boshless Raptors with Harris leading the way.

^ Unfortunately, that philosophy didnt work the other 49 games but hey, what do we have to lose right?

The Bosh-less Raptors and then the struggling Grizzlies? I am confident, well as confident as the fan of a 5-49 team can be, that with Harris playing a bit better recently that the Nets will win one of those two games. I am not sure which one though…
