Time to Make Trades.. Outlaw and Murphy in particular.

So the other day I was on RealGM, where I saw someone post a thread asking what people would offer for Travis Outlaw.  While I knew this thread was going to be brutal, and granted some of the responses were, some of them were very generous.

For example:

One Portland fan offered:

A.Miller, Oden, #1 pick

for

Harris + Outlaw

While at first I was certain this was sarcasm, it actually was not.

The another NO fan offered

Okafor

for

Outlaw + Petro

Though, this was certainly not as insanely good as the Portland offer, I would still do this deal faster than T.Will can tweet wordapp#

Next we would need to move Murphy.

Here's a spin on trading with Philly:

Murphy, Ross, Graham, #2, $3m Cash

for

Nocioni, T.Young, Songalia

Philly gets rid of an extra year of Nocioni's contract and uses an free agent they might not have kept to do it.

Say we did the NOH deal (Portland seems way too good we are left with):

Harris / Farmar / Uzoh

Morrow / T.Williams

T.Young / D.James / Nocioni

Okafor / Favors / J.Smith

Lopez / Humphries / Songalia

A much better team defensively with Okafor and T.Young and hopefully a better offensive one since all are capable offensive players.
