From what we've seen from him so far, Favors will get his points exactly how we expected - offensive rebounds and being fed on fastbreaks and cuts to the hoop. On the 2nd way of getting them, there is one player on the Nets who has done a better job than anyone else individually in finding Favors - TWill.
TWill is sort of like Jason Kidd in that he has good court vision, and he isn't afraid to attempt difficult and risky passes. It doesn't always work out as evidenced by his copious amounts of turnovers, but when it does it's great. TWill is arguably the best natural playmaker on the roster, and the only thing holding him back is his own penchant for turning the ball over.
But Favors' development can be accelerated by TWill in the same way that Kidd made Mikki Moore and all those other guys millionaires - by getting him looks at the right time. Favors' main offensive contribution right now will be dunking, and he needs the ball at the right place at the right time in order to do it.
If TWill and Favors can develop a good chemistry together, we can have our very own modern day version of Kidd to KMart
