Woj: Nets Wanted Nate and Darko

Stay connected for news and updates

Adrian Wojnarowski tweets that before Christmas, the Nets offered Rafer Alston and Tony Battie to the Knicks for Nate Robinson and Darko Milicic. The Knicks, Woj reports, turned the Nets down. Robinson, who scored 41 Friday night, was then in Mike D'Antoni's doghouse for, among other things, shooting at the Nets basket last month. Milicic has accused NBA GM's of regularly lying to him. All are expiring contracts.
