Thorn's Fingerprints Found on Hall of Fame Plaques

Rod Thorn played a key role in the development of two of this weekend's inductees at the Basketball Hall of Fame, drafting Michael Jordan and hiring Jerry Sloan to his first NBA coaching job, both as Bull's GM. Thorn reminisced with the Nets' Ben Couch about the qualities that got both from his Bulls to Springfield, MA. For Jordan, Thorn says it was that indefinable "It" quality for Jordan and preparation for Sloan.
