Nets Retain Big Man Coach Rogers

Roy Rogers, who had an offer to join Rutgers coaching staff, will instead stay with the Nets. Rogers worked extensively last season with Brook Lopez. Still, he had to take a pay cut. Lawrence Frank said of Rogers' decision: "I'm really glad Roy is coming back. He did a great job for us last season and he has a terrific upside as a coach." The Nets continue to seek a replacement for Brian Hill.
