Money, Money, Money

Normally we wait til Saturday night to post this, but the shore beckons. It's all about money. We look at the possibility the Nets will sign two maxed out free agents next summer, who they can trade for this summer, a menu of mentioned free agents, Yi Jianlian's new confidence, the best of Rod and Kiki on air, and where some of last year's summer league stars are this summer. Oh yeah, off season's half over!

That is why we need the team to get to Brooklyn and we need the russian to buy the team. If we have a owner who wants to win and spend money there is no problem. We use the cap space to sign FA’s, and can go over the cap to sign our own players. It’s not like its that much more money. You figure brook is looking at around 10 mil a year, unless some of the other guys go absolutley nuts they wont make more than 5-6 mil a year. And Devin is already making 10 mil a year and hes is going to have to continue to get better to warrant a max deal.

i like the direction rod is bringin this team, young and athletic.. this should be a fun team to watch, i just dont see many wins in the forseable future..

with only about 6-8 teams really competing next year and the rest tryin to free up cap space.. we might win more games than people think.

*trade harris for rubio.

Trading devin harris for an unproven player that is thinking of staying in spain is a terrible idea by far.
Nobody knows how rubio is going to perform in the NBA.
