Summer League Practice...Getting Over Nerves

Terrence Williams admits he was nervous Friday at his first NBA practice and Brian Hill says it showed in some turnovers. But Hill likes what he sees in TWill's shooting and Chris Douglas-Roberts' leadership. The combined Sixer-Nets team has until Monday at 3 p.m. to get their game together. That's when they face off against the Pacers...and Tyler Hansbrough...in the first of five games, all webcast!

Adam Morrison, Sean May and five days of rain. Maybe Thorn can be a witness for the PROSECUTION at Sean Williams’ trial. If he gets put away, can we cut him, without having to pay him?
Although I’d like to see us give Morrison and May a shot, with our overloaded roster with the last four being players that nobody wants:SEAN W, Boone, Najera, Hassell we can’t take advantage by signing any of the interesting bargains out there right now. It is a shame.

so you’d like to trade for Adam Morrison and pay him 5,257,229 next season? He is on the books for that much.
May is an unrestricted free agent.

@jon
if you go to the link, you will see the schedule and for each game their is a WatchLive link. I assume they have been brought back by popular demand.
They can be expected to talk about everything other than the game…but I do expect a lot of moaning about the loss of Courtney Lee. The Magic have gained Vince Carter and Ryan Anderson and lost Courtney Lee, Rafer Alston, Tony Battie, Hedo Turkoglu and Marcin Gortat. Right now, they have three big men on their roster: Dwight Howard, Rashard Lewis and Ryan Anderson. I expect to hear about that if Brook Lopez plays.

Sean May is notorious for being out of shape and unmotivated, kinda sounds like Eddy Curry, no thanks.

Sean May is GARBAGE. Another spoiled athlete who tried to come in the NBA thinking everything will be handed to him on the plate
Kudos to CDR. Lets have a good summer league and carry that over into the season

Sorry about the Adam Morrison suggestion. I thought he was under the rookie contract and was only on the books for like 2 million. But I know Sean May’s history, and am hoping that he has woken up and smelled the coffee and would come in, in shape, for his “last chance” in the NBA, with the NETS. KIKI likes “fallen angels” and Sean May is certainly one of those.
Can’t wait to see our couple of guys playing in summer league.
Also anxious to see Jrue play, as we and almost everybody in the first round passed on him. He must be pissed off.

Paul,
I think he is still under the rookie contract. Being the 3rd pick entitles him that much. Anyway, isn’t the 4th year a team option?
