Game 76 - Nets @ Bulls - Saturday, April 4, 2:00

As the games dwindle down to a precious few, we are now officially in you-never-know territory. The Nets are still in it, barely, four and a half games behind the Bulls with seven to go. Lawrence Frank continues to rally his troops, pointing to the 2004-05 playoff push that had the Nets get in on the final day after being four games back with eight to go. If that doesn't excite you, there's Brook Lopez vs. Derrick Rose. With the Yankees on YES, the Nets are pushed to WWOR (Ch. 9).

4.5 games out with 7 to go…don’t know why Frank is talking playoffs…the Nets really need a miracle and a monumental collapse from either the Bulls or Pistons and they need to go perfect…highly doubt it happens but they did it 4 years ago…so you never know.
I was sad to hear that the Nets are thinking about giving him an extension…the world is coming to an end.

The playoffs aren’t entirely out of the realm of possibility. Hey the first year of the VC era we made the playoffs because the Cavs lost on the last day or something, anything can happen but we CANNOT lose any more games and hope for a complete meltdown or injury (we all secretly hope so, so don’t judge) to the Bulls. If the Nets extend LF, I will no longer watch a Nets game. There are certain coaches who you never tire of ie: Sloan, Pops, Phil but Frank is infuriating at times, you’re like WTF is this, we could have won that, and proceed to bang your head on the wall. It has gotten so bad that even my 2k9 simulation of Frank is mentally retarded and throws in out of the ballpark substitutions at times.
