Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn, the group that's organized lawsuits against the Nets' arena, is running out of cash, according to the Atlantic Yards Report. AYR, generally favorable to the critics' positions, reports DDDB had net assets of $20,000 in June, raising questions about whether it can continue its legal challenges.
