RJ and the "Debacle"

Richard Jefferson is playing great. Since Michael Redd and Andrew Bogut went down, he and Charlie Villanueva have carried the load and the Bucks are, as of now, in the playoffs. Still, he wouldn't be Richard if he didn't say something newsworthy. He spoke of the "debacle" that was last season and seemed bitter about how he and others were treated at the end. Meanwhile, it's looking less likely Luther Head will be a Net.
- Prince Richard, Take 3 - Dave D'Alessandro - Nets Blast
- Still Richard - Al Iannazzone - In the 'Zzone
- RJ & Frank not fooling anyone with kind banter - Julian Garcia - The InterNets

NJ is good at getting players, then things fall apart and their departures are “debacles”
Can’t blame him for stating the truth

My predictions are…the Bucks will go to playoffs this year and the Nets are out!!!
But next year…Nets in and Bucks out!!!

I’m really curious to see what would have been this year if RJ was still around. Last year we did not have Brook and we really needed a strong center. Sure, maybe Devin would not have developed as much and VC would not have risen up as the undisputed leader, but we are severely lacking at SF right now and it would have been interesting to see RJ stick around a little longer.

Jefferson’s defense was a debacle last year.
