Both The Record and Post report the Nets have some interest in Brooklyn native and former Rutgers star Quincy Douby, waived by the Kings Thursday. However, the Nets would have to cut a player, probably Maurice Ager, adding to the economic cost. One source called it "conceivable, but not likely". The Nets have less interest in Mikki Moore. The Knicks, with two open spots, will work out Douby next week.
