Canavan: It's All About Leadership

Tom Canavan is the AP writer who covers the Nets, often without a byline. In his season preview, he focuses on leadership, how Devin Harris and Lawrence Frank both know there'll be bumps in the road with a young team, but that's what they're supposed to smooth over. "I have to lead by example," says Harris. "I'm trying not to get on them too much." Said Frank, "We're looking to create frenzy."

D. Harris will lead by play and especially on defense. When your leader plays defense then everybody jumps aboard and trys to contribute towards the victory. Example: K. Bryant
leader and defensive talent? K. Dooling will also be a solid leader along with J. Hayes. B. Lopez has it in him and will be as time goes on. Go Brooklyn Nets!Go Brooklyn Nets!
