Hamstring Keeps Harris out of Heat Game

After giving his sore hamstring a try during shootaround, Devin Harris decided to sit out the Heat game, hoping the rest will let him play Monday vs. the Kings. Rod Thorn doesn't know whether his point guard will be able play then, either. "He was 50-50 to play tonight," Thorn said. "I think it depends on how he reacts the next couple days if he's going to be out any longer." Starting point guard duties fall to Keyon Dooling.

crappy 2nd quarter…dwade will heat up and blow us out eventually…thats why we needed to stay consistent during that quarter. if we were up by 16 at the half, we had a chance, but now its only 8, so we are going to lose argh…

I said this yesterday after the Atlanta game – if Devin does not play, no way will we win. They gave it all they could but not enough. It’s not over yet though, we’ll see.

I can’t believe we lost this game. They really suck. and That pa announcer is the worst in the history of the league. give me a break. you dont need to say the opposing player’s name for 15 seconds into the other team’s possesion.

The Nets proved they can at least compete without Devin Harris. Can you believe it?
They can do this with great contributions from Yi and Simmons (finally), and Lopez and DOOLING.
Dooling was phenomenal, the key to this game.

@ Miguel
Since you knew at 9:51 that we lost this game, which wasn’t certain until that last missed shot by VC, I’m wondering if you have stock tips?
Our guys looked exhausted when the game went into overtime.
@ Net Income or anyone else
What is the win/loss record in games called by Marv/Czar vs. Ian/Jim?

Great game, even though we lost. I guess they can compete without Devin. I think they could have won, but OT was too much after last night’s OT, ran out of gas! Great effort by everyone
