Nets Promote Polinsky

The Nets announced Wednesday that Gregg Polinsky has been named director of player personnel, a new position. Polinsky has been with the Nets since 1999 and was the team's director of scouting for the past three seasons. Before joining the Nets, he was a college coach for 18 years. Polinsky provided analysis of draft prospects on the Nets' website this spring.
