Mannix: Rift Between Players, Management Hurt Nets

In profiling Richard Jefferson, SI's Chris Mannix lays out what he says was the Nets' biggest problem: "a rift forming between the core of the team--namely Kidd, Jefferson and Carter--and management, specifically head coach Lawrence Frank and president Rod Thorn", with the players not wanting to be blamed for management failures.
