Tim Walsh Sees Carter and Jefferson as Tough Guys

Paul Pierce's return to the floor in Game 1 of the Finals gives Newsday's Ken Berger a chance to laud the NBA's forgotten stars, the trainers. The Nets' Tim Walsh talked to Berger about pain tolerance, saying Vince Carter and Richard Jefferson are among the toughest players he's worked with, along with Jason Kidd.
