Brian Laing, the 6'-5" Seton Hall power forward, won't be drafted Thursday. But his workout for the the Nets, where he surprised with his shooting an athleticism, has won him an invite to the Nets summer league team, which begins play July 7 in Orlando. Laing will try to play shooting guard, competing with Julius Hodge, who like Laing, graduated St. Raymond's High School in the Bronx.
