While his former coach keeps talking about how good Devin Harris can be, his current GM goes a lot further. Kiki Vandeweghe told NBA TV: "We're going to build around him. We've got to surround him with good players", adding he has Richard Jefferson and Vince Carter "right now". Vandeweghe said Harris will have freedom "to run an offense, run a team, call the plays...allowed to expand his game".
