Vince Carter has told friends in Daytona Beach he can envision himself as a "big fat guy sitting around and making some money" outside basketball. One business that can you make you fat is owning a restaurant and VC is planning to do just that. Carter has applied to Daytona Beach for a license to build and operate a restaurant called, appropriately enough, Vince Carter's. Carter's mother would manage it.
