Alonzo Mourning's autobiography is out and the former Nets' center criticizes Bruce Ratner for trading Kenyon Martin, admits he went on strike just before his trade to the Raptors and says Toronto was willing to take him because fans there had so "turned against" Vince Carter the Raptors had to get rid of him. He also writes about his argument with KMart and his doctor's warning that he could "die on the court".
