The Nets will be the New Jersey Nets at least through 2010, the team announced yesterday. The statement confirmed what everyone had suspected and predicted: that critics' lawsuits, while not stopping the proposed Brooklyn arena, have slowed it down. It's possible the team could move during the 2009-10 season, but the more likely scenario has them staying til the next season.
