Friday's court victory puts the Nets even closer to Brooklyn ... and closer to an all-out war with the Knicks. As Bruce Ratner and Jim Dolan know, the Nets' new arena will be as close to Wall Street and big corporate accounts as the Garden is. On an artistic level, the Nets appear to have the advantage right now and marketing is the Nets' forte. As one Knick fan notes, the Nets have something else the Knicks don't: Jay-Z.
