Forest City Enterprises is the biggest stockholder in the Nets and parent of Bruce Ratner's Forest City Ratner. In a conference call Tuesday, company officials told analysts they expect a series of legal challenges to the new Nets' arena to be resolved by early next year, permitting construction soon after. Separately, the company reported the team's losses continue and are "comparable to prior years".
