Did Kidd Dis Jersey?

Stay connected for news and updates

It was a disappinting crowd Monday night at the FIBA Americas Cup in Las Vegas. As the Washington Post reported, about 4,000 or so fans were "sprinkled" around the stands at Thomas & Mack Center. That got Jason Kidd to make comparisons with the Continental Airlines Arena. "I called it the New Jersey crowd. There was hardly anybody in the stands," said Kidd, who as the Post noted "has grown accustomed to sparse crowds."
