Nets Sign Williams

The Nets announced Monday that they have signed rookie Sean Williams, whom they drafted at No. 17, to a contract. Under CBA guidelines, the first two years of the deal are guaranteed, and there are team options for years three and four. Meanwhile, RealGM becomes the last hoops website to grade the draft, giving the Nets an A+ and describing Williams in hyperbole that would make even Ed Stefanski cringe: "[He] could turn out to be the third best player in the draft, outside of The Big Two."
