Ilic Scrimagging with Serbian National Team

Mile Ilic, who is recovering from an ankle injury sustained in the D-League this spring, is scrimmaging with the Serbian National Team, according to Milan Lazarevic, who runs 24sec.net, the Serbian hoops site. In an email exchange with NetsDaily, Lazarevic reports that Ilic is still hurting but playing. He scored four points last week in an exhibition game against the Serbian Under-18 team, the world youth champions. Ilic has said he will not play in the European championships in Madrid this September.
