Ilic Selected to Serbian National National Team

The Nets' Mile Ilic is one of five NBA players invited to the Serbian National Team tryouts this summer. The team, which will be led by Ilic's best friend, Darko Milicic, will participate in the European championships, Eurobasket '07 in Madrid from September 3-16. Ilic severely sprained his ankle in the NBDL and will not be available for the Nets summer league team which begins play in Orlando on July 5. Nenad Krstic, still recuperating from a torn ACL, is out of the championships.
