A Year of Legal Challenges to Nets in Brooklyn Winding Down

It's been a year since New York State approved Bruce Ratner's Atlantic Yards project. Critics immediately mounted legal challenges, putting condemnation proceedings on hold. Now, after a series of courtroom defeats, the critics and Ratner are awaiting word on two court cases that will decide the fate of the Nets' move.
