Nets Sign Gill

The Nets announced Friday morning that they have signed point guard Eddie Gill, a move that was anticipated once it was known Darrell Armstrong would be out. Gill played in four preseason games, averaging 4.3 points and 3.8 assists in 23.0 minutes and was the No. 1 pick in the D-League draft. The contract is non-guaranteed.
