Jay-Z Hopes to Return Favor to Brooklyn

In his new album, "American Gangster", Jay-Z pays homage to his hometown of Brooklyn, writing about the borough and how it "schooled me with hard knocks, better than Berkeley". Now, the Nets' minority owner sings, he is going to return the favor soon: "So in in a couple of years baby, I'm a bring you some Nets". That would be 2009, by our count.
