In spite of Gilbert Arenas' recent heroics, he hasn't been able to close the All-Star gap with Vince Carter among Eastern Conference guards. In the third wave of All-Star returns, Carter is 200,000 votes ahead of the Wizards' point guard. Carter is also tenth overall in All-Star balloting with more than 867,000 votes. Jason Kidd is fourth, but 150,000 votes behind Arenas. The game will be played in Las Vegas on February 18.
