Ilic Sits, Planinic Drives, but Both Lose Big Time

Spain and Greece cemented their position as teams to beat in the World Championships when they beat national teams featuring Euro-Nets in exhibition games Monday. Spain beat Serbia 83-62, in Valencia while Greece beat Croatia, 79-54, in Athens. Mile Ilic did not play. Serbia has been hit with a wave of injuries and illness.
