Before Allen Iverson was sent west by the Sixers, it looked like Vince Carter had little chance of starting yet another all-Star game. Now, even with a two-week long slump dogging him, Carter looks like a good bet to have his name called in Las Vegas when the starters are announced. He is now comfortably in second place in the guard balloting behind Dwyane Wade and just ahead of Gilbert Arenas and Jason Kidd. Meanwhile, the NBA has posted Carter's Top 10 plays for 2006.
